Ameli informs me of a connection to my account
In April 2022, the Ameli site reinforced connection security. At each connection, it warns you with a message.
To import your latest documents, your Cozy connects at regular intervals to your Ameli account.
Each of these connections will therefore trigger the sending of a message. In general, synchronization is done once a week, always on the same day at the same time.
When you receive a message from Health Insurance (Ameli) informing you of access to your account, you will need to check whether this corresponds to the time at which your Cozy imported your last documents.
To do this, connect to your Cozy and from the home page, open the Ameli application.
In the Synchronization tab of the window that opens, you will see the date of the last synchronization:
