I have duplicates, what should I do?

If you see that some of the lines in your Cozy Banks app are present multiple times, here are a few things you can do to solve the issue before sending a mail to Claude from the support team:

1.     Help through the Cozy Collect app

Did you try to sync your bank account to cozy multiple times from Cozy Collect? If yes, check the list of your accounts in Cozy Collect. If one is represented more than once, delete the duplicates.

1.     Help through the Cozy Banks app

Are the multiplicated lines from the same account or are the accounts doubled?

On this picture, the accounts are tripled, but, when filtering through only one of them, the lines are not multiplicated anymore. This means I synchronized my Cozy to my bank multiple times.

If you are in this case, all you have to do is delete one of the multiple accounts in Cozy Collect, and to then delete it from Banks.
