I can't connect my bank
If you're having trouble connecting your bank to your Cozy, here are a few things you can check before contacting Claude, from our support team.
1. Please check again your credentials (they are the ones you type on your bank's website).
2. Click on the button 'sync' after typing your credentials.
3. If an error message appears, please check that your credentials do work on your bank's website. If they don't, the issue is probably not linked to Cozy, and you should follow your bank's instructions.
4. If you can connect on your bank's website, we would advise you to delete your bank account in the Cozy Banks app and to try again.
