My bank's connector is green but I can't see any move in Cozy Banks.

This means that your bank has indeed been connecte to Cozy but that the download of your transactions history is taking longer than it is supposed to.

You can try to son your account again if you see no change after 5 minutes.

In order to do that,

  • Click on your bank's connector in the app Cozy Collect 

  • Select your bank
  • Click on 'sync now'

The download may take a few minutes.
