Launch a connector manually

To manually start the import of your data, simply go to the home page of your Cozy server and click on the desired service. A window opens, displaying the accounts you have connected to this service. * Click on the account you want to update and click " Update ".

How to update the billing informations

From the homepage of your Cozy, open the Settings application and go to the Storage section. Then, click on “Upgrade my storage” to open the subscription management panel. On the top of the page, you'll find a button to update your credit card information. It’s not possible

Disable a share link

To disable a share link, you must click the Share by me button on your document and then click on the Deactivate link button.
